The Situation

HydroShieldNWA is an established surface protection company in Bella Vista, Arkansas. Good work, good reputation, real demand. And an owner who couldn’t get out from under his own admin.

Not growing the business. Drowning in it. Invoicing. Scheduling. Follow-ups. Paperwork. The work that has to happen but doesn’t make anybody money.

What I Did

One day mapping how the work actually moves: what happens when a lead comes in, what happens after a quote goes out, what happens after someone pays. Every handoff, every place information got typed twice, every task that got forgotten when the day got busy.

Then I put hours and dollars against each one and ranked them by what was worth fixing first, without disrupting a lean team that couldn’t afford downtime.

The Result
Over 30 hours a week of work that never needed a person doing it. That’s not a productivity tip. That’s most of a second full-time employee’s worth of time, ready to hand back to the owner.
